Addictive behaviours in the time of COVID – changes in the use of illicit drugs is a report from SICAD, the Portuguese national focal point in the EMCDDA's Reitox network. The study identifies changes in the patterns of use of illicit drugs and new psychoactive substances (NPS) in Portugal, according to the data provided through the European Web Survey on Drugs 2021.
